In this late
look at the composers and this year's Oscar-nominated scores, we can't ignore
HER, the score created by Arcade Fire's William Butler and Owen Pallett. Still, the musical highlight of the film for me has to be the Karen O./Spike Jonze collaboration
The Moon Song. And while the newly released version from Jonze and Karen O. is pretty sweet, I'm partial to the movie version which features Scarlett Johanson's breathy, less than perfect yet perfectly evocative vocals.
