New Trailer for Christopher Robin is Sweet as Honey

We saw the first teaser trailer for Christopher Robin starring Ewan McGregor back in March. Now that the August 3rd release date is only a couple of months away, we have a new trailer featuring McGregor as Christopher Robin all grown up and all his childhood friends ...

And there's Owl

But most of all Winnie the Pooh’’

Those cuddly characters—looking like real well-loved stuffed animals are voiced by the best in the biz. Chris O’Dowd is Tigger, Brad Garrett plays Eeyore, Toby Jones, Owl, and most importantly Jim Cummings as Winnie-the-Pooh. Cummings, you see, has played that silly old bear dozens of time since the death of the original Winnie was voiced by Sterling Holloway.

In my first post, I asked Is this a film for children? Or is it geared to aging boomers like me who grew up loving Pooh bear—and Tigger and Eeyore and Kanga too—who can relate to a world so full of pressure that it can drive the happiness right out of you if you don’t fight to keep the monsters at bay?
