I gave you my take on the book Before I Go to Sleep by SJ Watson last year; here's the first trailer for the movie which is set to come out September 12. Director Rowan Joffe. It looks seriously thrilling which makes sense as far as I can see; just look at the immensely strong and talented trio of costars.
Nicole Kidman. Colin Firth. Mark Strong. Rowan Joffe- ("Brighton Rock") directs the film about a woman who wakes up every morning with no recollection of what's gone before and has to unravel whether she can or she can not trust her husband. I read the book over a year ago so I almost forget the answer to that question! Frankly, that should make watching this particular movie more enjoyable as that answer is key. And riveting.
While in the book Christine uses actual notebooks to keep her diary, the filmmakers have wisely updated it here to a video diary - it makes much more cinematic sense to watch Christine watch a video rather than pages of scrawl.
Take a peek at the trailer ... what's your take on what you see?
